• NON-SMOKING INSIDE - Ashtrays are provided outside for your convenience
• PETS WELCOME - WITH APPROVAL - Small to medium sized, house broken, well mannered pets that do not shed hair (extra work for clean up) are welcome. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be bringing pets for approval.
• NO FISH FRYING INSIDE OR ON PORCH - We do not allow fish frying on porches due to the fire hazard presented and not inside due to the grease smell residue that will be unpleasant for future guests.

• CANCELLATION: If canceling a reservation, please call at least 7 days ahead of your planned stay to cancel
