For a Family, Group, or Corporate Outing

This fully furnished, recently remodeled home will comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The Great Room offers lots of space for relaxation or recreation inside and the grounds outside offer plenty of space for the kids to play. There is ample parking space immediately in front and outlets to keep up to 4 boats charged up and ready for the next morning.

Great Fresh Air Spaces

You'll want a great place to kick back and take it easy while you're here. Whether you want to do some barbecuing or just relax in the cool breeze with a cold one... this is the place for you! The nicely shaded area by the house also opens into a screened porch. You'll love the really fresh air here - sometimes with a hint of scent from the pines of Sabine National Forest.

The screened porch can be a great place for the kids if there is a rainy day... or a great place to begin or end the day by just listening to the sounds of nature at your elbow.

The Great Room provides plenty of room to lounge - or to get comfortable while you watch the Big Game on Big Screen TV. You may even want to start your morning here at the breakfast bar with a wake-up cup of coffee before a tasty breakfast.

Kitchen and Dining

The dining area opens into the roomy kitchen. With loads of counter-top even several cooks won't get jammed up fixing a feast. And, between the dining table, breakfast bar and the snack bar separating the kitchen and dining areas there is plenty of room for the largest groups to all eat comfortably at once.

Everything Is Ready... C'mon!

All linens, towels and cooking utensils and dishware are supplied. Bring your food, drinks and toiletries. Don't forget the charcoal and ICE! Oh, and even if you do forget something, you can get it close by.
