The Cabin on the Coop

Since the cabin is on the lakeside-edge of a very nice subdivision, you'll know you are in a quiet, secure area - away from it all... but not too far away.

There is often some great fishing right off the private pier - helped by the fish feeders. Launch your boat from either of two nearby launches (we cover the fees for a daily launch) and you can keep it tied up overnight at the pier, if you like - this is at your own risk because the lake can get rough some nights.
Enjoy the outdoors by cooking on the fire pit or charcoal grill and dine al fresco at the picnic table. Ample grassy space between the cabin and lakefront is a great place for kids to play or to get a little tan. Swimming in the lake is also enjoyable - but at your own risk.
The lake-facing porch is a great place to finish a day at the lake. Since it is comfortably furnished and screened, you get all of the benefits of the night scene and sounds in comfort and without the bugs!
