The Open Concept floor plan puts everything just a few steps away... Cozy and intimate, yet with plenty of space to accommodate 4 guests.

You may want to start the morning with a great sunrise from the screened porch - while having coffee and getting ready for another great day on Toledo Bend.

Though compact, the kitchen area offers plenty of space to move about and you'll appreciate the view from the table as you look forward to the coming day or recall the wonderful day you're finishing.

You'll get a great night's rest on the Queen bed and the full-size sleeper sofa is very comfortable, too.

The shower (sorry, no tub!) and bathroom is tucked behind the bedroom area
