With all the special touches provided, our guests say they feel “right at home” the minute they walk into The Cottage! The covered front porch overlooks the lake and right outside the back door is a screened-in deck for cooking and dining al fresco. A carport provides covered parking for your car and boat. Adjacent to The Cottage is a fire pit, fishing pier, and a boat ramp for your use.

With 1918 square feet under roof, this comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath cedar cottage accommodates up to 9 people comfortably and has just about every convenience found in your home including:

• Central air/heat
• Satellite TV/DVD
• Large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker)
• Washer and dryer
• Charcoal grill

Beds:

• King-size bed and single bed in master bedroom
• Queen-size bed and 2 single beds in second bedroom
• Double bed in laundry room

Baths:

• Full bath with tub/shower combination, large lavatory area; adjoins master bedroom and hall
• Full private bath with walk-in shower; adjoins second bedroom

• Table for 4 in kitchen
• Table for 6 in dining/living area
• Bar with 2 stools
• Table for 4 on covered front porch
• Tables for 4 and 2 on The Lanai

Supplies:

• Bedding and pillows
• Kitchen and bath towels
• Some basic staples (seasonings, sweeteners, etc.)
• Paper goods
• Kitchen, bath and laundry soap
• Information notebook (numbers/directions to local services and attractions)

Fishing:

• Fish off the pier, bring your boat, or full guide service is available. (Low water conditions may prohibit fishing from pier or launching boat here.)

Just 4 miles down the road there is a convenience store/deli/diner/RV park, with 24-hour gas and diesel pumps. A deep-water boat launch, gated wet boat stalls for daily rental, plus an RV park are located at Huxley Bay, only 1 mile from the store.

An eastern lake view allows for a spectacular sunrise or a magnificent moon. All this in a quiet, secluded area – no wonder our guests return year after year!
